Mango Slaw

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 lime, juiced
½ teaspoon sugar
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 14-ounce package coleslaw mix
½ small head of savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
1 mango, peeled and sliced into thin strips
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
Salt to taste

Directions:
  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, sugar and cilantro.
  2. Toss with the coleslaw mix, additional cabbage, mango and red onion.
  3. Refrigerate.
​​Suggested to make this at least a couple of hours before serving.  The flavors get even better as it marinates!
