Servings: 6-8 as a side Ingredients: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise* 3 tablespoons plain yogurt (I use nondairy Kite-Hill unsweetened almond milk yogurt) 1 to 2 teaspoons hot sauce (I like Veracha) 1 lime, juiced ½ teaspoon sugar ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1 small head cabbage, thinly sliced 1 carrot, grated 2 radish, sliced thin 1 ripe peach or nectarine, sliced into thin strips ½ small red onion, thinly sliced Salt to taste (about ½ teaspoon) Directions:
Serve cold. Bon Appetit! *You can skip the mayo and use 3 additional tablespoons of yogurt, which would decrease the calories per serving from 92 to 55, and decrease the fat per serving from 5g to 1g.
